It is our goal at the Souderton Rehabilitation Center to schedule our patients within 24 hours of initial contact. We will accommodate your busy schedule. We don’t expect you to accommodate ours.
And do not expect to sit around in our waiting room beyond your scheduled appointment. Your time is too important to you. You can expect to start your treatment within five minutes of your scheduled arrival time.
Your first visit to the Souderton Rehabilitation Center will include a complete diagnostic workup of your condition. Expect to be here for about one and a half hours. Depending on your complaints, your personalized evaluation will include pain and dysfunction assessments, and a complete medical history of your condition or injury.
We continue with a thorough assessment of your posture, range of motion, strength, and gait, if necessary. Through manual techniques and palpation, we determine the presence of scar tissue, muscle injury or spasm, and soft tissue adhesions, trigger points, and tears.
Based on our findings, we go over the results with you, and determine an appropriate treatment plan for your complete recovery. Count on follow-up treatments to last at least 45 minutes. And depending on your diagnosis, your treatment program will likely last four to six weeks, perhaps longer.
